"Prices of items in store don’t ring up as advertised. They ring up as a higher price.. just so everyone is aware. (They want me to call them to talk more. But before putting in this review I called the 1800 number and they said there is nothing they can do.)"
"Severely understaffed. No reason it should take 45 minutes on a friday night to make a few peoples orders. One girl cashing people out and making drinks. 25 minutes go by and 4 people come out of the back room. And takes another 20 minutes for them to start making the food. Giant waste of time. Do not go here"
"Do not stop at this location for food. You will wait 45 minutes to receive cold deep fried appetizers. I don't know how it's physically possible but they have succeeded."
"This location used to be decent but not it’s just terrible. My orders are constantly wrong and take almost an hour to be made. The order I’m eating now was not only wrong but it was also cold and not put together. I was given all the pieces of the order to put the “made to order” item together which were, again, freezing cold"
