"Every time I have been in there they have taken care of me. They did an alignment on my Cadillac xts. They did an alignment on my suburban. I called and asked if they could do an alignment on my ford excursion. They said yes come in 35 minutes and they could do it. So I show up and guy walks out and says he can’t do it because my tierods have sleeves and they don’t do those, but my suburban has sleeves as well. So how can you confirm over the phone you can do it. You do it to my other suv but you won’t touch this one. I will never buy another set of tires nor ever have any work done to any of my vehicles from them ever again."

"On a late Sunday afternoon, I found that my tire was quickly losing pressure. I pulled into one tire business and was told I needed a new tire and it couldn’t be plugged, but I didn’t believe him.
