Even though I had warranty on the tires. After waiting about 30 mins and discussing the matter, the pricing was adjusted. I just there was more transparency."

I went in a talked to Ryan and he said he’d be able to replace my rim and do his best to fix my rim cover. $98 later (which is way less then other places were telling me) it looks brand new! "My rims had a Plasti Dap coating that was damaged on 3 of the 4 wheels during the installation. I understood that this was possible, however one of the rims had additional damage to the aluminum edge. I am certain that it was not damaged before the installation. The black lugnuts were also damaged. The manager took pictures of the damage, but I have not heard back."

He helped me order new tires that were similar to what I had brought them that couldn't be put on ...
