"I called on Friday to make an appointment for an oil change and was told I would need to leave my car ALL day or come early Saturday morning and it’ll be done. So I went early Saturday morning (8:20am) only to be told I needed to leave my car and pick up at the end of the day because he’s got 6 cars ahead of me… So basically, I called to make an appointment and didn’t get an appointment nor did I get my oil changed… I used to love coming here, but “Charles” just made me never want to come back. (Oh, did I mention that he fit in the “white” couple that walked in?)"
