"My sale rep was Paul LaRocco and Josh helped finalize with the lending company. I could not recommend a better duo than these two in getting a vehicle. Both days I had to bring my kids and they were doted on, and smiles from everyone. Offered cold drinks and had doors held open for me. Paul even helped load up my stroller when it was all time to go. It felt like walking into a family member’s home with how warm and greeting every employee was. Each day I was only there for an hour to an hour & a half, and they made car purchasing a dream and so easy. 5 stars for communication since I lived an hour away as well. I’ll definitely be back when my family and I are ready to trade in. Again, Paul THANK YOU so so so much from the bottom of my heart. You were incredible! Josh, thank you so much as well!"

"Very disappointed in the service my daughter received from this service department. The issue was not fixed after a 700.00 bill. We had repeatedly asked for the side door/window lock to be checked. It never was. We were told it was a bad negative battery cable. That was replaced and low and behold four days later when she locked her car and unlocked it the same code (anti-theft code) to do with the door shut the car down and it had to be jumped again. When I called on the weekend when the car wouldn't start again they were like you can drop it off and we will try to look at it Monday. He wouldn't listen to what the issue was once again and said they'd have to run full diagnostics again blah, blah, blah. And I'm sure will come up with even more things wrong with the 2008 car. I realize it's old but it is what she can afford right now. They didn't listen to her or me the last time that the issue had to do with the door and the window and the locking. So the answer is she a young female cannot lock her car. If she locks it the key isn't recognized and it will not start. I level 7 hours away, so on spring break we will get it to a dealership that will listen to the problem and fix it here at home."
