"Apparently need to brush up on Ohio laws. Refused to sell my 25 year old daughter her products. I get that part, her ID is expired. Then refused to sell HER FATHER those products. I am CLEARLY old enough and they didn't ask for ID, just flat refused. The law clearly states parents can buy for their children..... And they have sold to us in that EXACT situation numerous times. Maybe they've been hammered lately for NOT following the law? Makes one wonder. Other than stopping by tomorrow to talk to the manager (as the person who met me outside to refuse entrance to the store suggested), I will never step foot there or spend a penny there again. Al's Marathon ...... guess you'll be seeing us, because there, a father can purchase tobacco products for his 25 year old daughter! PS - I hate that she smokes, but it's not my decision."
