"Worst kroger I've ever seen. Consistently out of produce items , until you ask someone, then they run back and bring some out. Today the deli was closed at 4. Someone was behind the counter telling people the deli was closed......instead of just waiting on customers. 2 checkouts open and people lined up back into the food aisles. Pathetic"
"I have been in line with the pharmacy for 10 minutes. I still have 4 people in front of me and one person at the 3 registers. This is not exceptible."

"Had to pick up some prescriptions from the Pharmacy. Pharmacy attendant was helpful and funny. Upon leaving the store, I forgot to put the prescriptions into my car and left them in the cart, which was my own fault. When I realized this, I made a call to the Customer Service Desk in an attempt to retrieve them. The employee I spoke with claimed to have gone looking for them, but the effort he made was minimal at best. I drove back to the store, spoke with the Customer Service desk employee in person as was told "No one has turned them in nor have we found them." While leaving the store, I found the employee who had been collecting carts in the parking lot. Upon asking him if he knew where they were, he had set them off to the side and just hadnt turned them in yet. Had the Customer Service rep actually spoke with the cart guy he would have found them instantly, but because most of Kroger's daytime employees at this location operate in different "Cliques" no one wanted to ask the cart guy if he had found them. Cart Guy and Pharmacy clerk are the only ones here who did their jobs during my interaction, which is the reason for my 2 star review. The CSR was lazy, or just didnt want to speak with the Cart Guy because they arent part of the same "Clique" or socialize with each other."
"This Kroger isn't as big as some of your other newer bigger Kroger, but everyone here is super helpful and kind. They have about everything you need when it comes to grocery. Everything has been fairly easy for me to find, and I like to do most of my shopping for food here as they typically have sales that save a good amount of money"
