"Horrible experience went in to purchase a fridge that my fiancé and I had been looking at for the last week and today we decided it was the one it was on clearance I tell the worker and he goes to get it and comes back and says he can’t sell it per his manager and follows up with you can purchase the new model coming out for MUCH more than the price of the clearanced floor model. I told him no I wanted to buy the one that’s on the floor for the clearanced price. I ask to speak to the manager the manager Nate comes over and literally says he can’t sell me the fridge that he’s not aloud and basically walks away. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and VERY poor customer service. We do lots of business with you I left the store and call corporate and the lady was very nice she called the store and came back to me and said she’s never heard it before but they “don’t sell the floor model” mind you it’s discontinued so the clearance price would be that floor model."
"They are usually very helpful in finding the items that we need. If they do not have the items they can order them. Free delivery for most items. They offer many discounts other improvement stores do not. They will also hold things for you, which is again unusual, but nice when it is a necessity. (Building a home, large projects) clearance items still have warranty..(the generator was on clearance but we got full warranty with it..great deal..thousands off)"
