However, they refuse to file the "writ of possession" which is their responsibility. This results in additional cost to the purchaser to evict. If you do bid, you should take into account the cost of eviction."

"I asked for this law firm to resend a fax for a second time to an agency where I needed a release of garnishment and I was told, no. I explained and even apologized for the request needing resent but also told the lady it was needed for underwriting as I was trying to purchase a home. I was still dismissed and I even sent another 10 emails to other staff members and was ignored by all. I’m down to having one day left before the purchase contract is pulled and all I asked for was a resubmission of a faxed paid in full letter. I definitely feel discriminated against. I understand they all have jobs to do but to be ignored and have to deal with people of this nature is disheartening. I will also send a complaint to the BBB, although they are not accredited."
