"In short, don't use them. Be better then Zinc. They have poor communication, and leave you feeling confuse because they don't want to be responsible for anything other than taking your money. My bad story is about how my housing and auto insurance laps. I was never notified via phone call or email by Zinc that my insurance was expiring. After a few emails to Zinc, I got confusing responses from two different representatives. None of it made sense, so I called. Kimberley from Zinc explained, that Zinc choose not to call or email clients about expiring house or car insurance plans because they are held liable, if something happens. So in their records they knew my insurance was expiring but, didn't inform me of this in any form. Kimberly jumped right on offering me quotes for a new policy with crazy high rates, thanks to my insurance being lapsed for such a long period. It felt greedy, rude, unprofessional and scammy. Independently, I found significantly better rates and now have car and housing insurance again. Few."
