"Extremely disappointed in the service I received. Dropped my car off and the guy at the front desk was rude as can be. They never called me when my car was done, and when I called they claimed my parts were stuck on. Took it to another shop and it wasn't stuck on there at all. Someone just didn't want to do their job. They also didn't put my bolts on correctly, and they were lose when I left about to fall off."

"I blew my front left tire around 6pm and was able to get towed to the store at 6:30pm. The general manager was able to fit me in that very day and get new tires! Service was excellent and they went above and beyond to make sure I would be able to get to work the next day. Will definitely be coming back here for future needs!"

"I was driving from an errand for my dad & out of nowhere, a random bolt on the road in Covington got in one of my tires. Knowing that I bought these tires from tire discounters 3.5 years ago, I decided to get it fixed at the closest location to me, which was this one. Antonio was helpful, personable & made sure I was taken care of. Unfortunately, his estimate on when it would be done was off (1.5-2 hours turned into 3), but the place was slammed not long after I arrived, so I anticipated it would be a long wait. You could tell every employee was doing what they could to help every customer & they were focused on getting all of the work done & took it in stride. I appreciated that. Because I bought all 4 tires at once from tire discounters last time, the repair was free. He had trouble finding me in their system at first, even with my name & number, but pulling my license plate did the trick. I'm grateful he tried that approach because I would have had to pay otherwise. I didn't expect my day to be this chaotic, but I'm glad I bought these tires from them years ago so I could have a painless experience today. My car is back to normal & I'll happily recommend this location to friends if they need it."

"Two months ago, I spent over $2K at Tire Discounter for new tires and I ended up with bad wheel bearings so they replaced everything for me. No issues with the service, and I choose to go to them for all this work because they’re so close to my house. I figured anytime I need an oil change/tire rotation it’ll be within minutes to me. I went online to schedule an appointment for an oil change, to have my tires rotated, and because I’m pretty sure one of my tires isn’t balanced any longer. I get a notice back that I can come in and if I come in before 10, they’ll try to get it in before the end of the day. I indicated on the form I’d be waiting for my car and not dropping off. Seemed a bit weird so I called. I was told that they will not take appointments for this kind of work because they’re too busy and I can just come in and wait and they aren’t sure when they’ll actually get to me. I bet if I was dropping another $2K then they’d happily see me. To advertise a lifetime service with tire replacement and then refuse to make an appointment for that service is poor customer service. So I called another TD, 20 minutes away, who happily made me an appointment for exactly what I needed. While I appreciate that y’all aren’t making any money on a tire rotation, it’s services that you advertise and sell as an advantage to coming to TD. Suggesting a customer sits in the shop all day and you’ll TRY to get to it, and ADMIT that you simply will not schedule an appointment because you’re “too busy for that” is terrible. You’re not busier than this other TD and they had no issue scheduling me."
