"I’ve been taking my high mileage car and van to Bill for years, and could not recommend him more. He takes the time to truly figure out what needs done (and what doesn’t). He’ll show you the part he took out, and explain how he figured out the issue. He’s overly reasonable, thorough, and distinctly well-liked by his customers."

"This is a one man shop so call early because the less time he spends on the phone, the more he can get done... I had steering problems and was worried that there were other problems with my car. Bill took it in the morning I called and had the work done in the afternoon. He ran diagnostics and for good measure checked everything himself also:) It turns out I only had a minor issue but nonetheless I was surprised at the price that was way under what any other shop I’ve been to has asked for! Knowing that not all jobs are the same, I wouldn’t want to garantie that you’ll get your car the same day but I can assure you that the work performed there is thorough and goes above and beyond what is expected! I will never hesitate to send anyone to this professional and courteous establishment! Happy trails!"

"Getting my car worked on here was by far THE BEST car repair experience I have ever had! The owner Bill personally worked on my car, which had some major problems, and went above and beyond the call of duty to get it fixed. Bill is honest, fair, friendly and very hard-working. I highly recommend Hunt's Auto Service!"

"Customer service is very poor. The mechanic does not listen to understand the customer's ask, talks over you when you speak, and abruptly ended the call while I was in the middle of talking to him (never raised my voice nor used any negative language). I called and tried to explain that I will need my intake manifold removed to change a coolant system hose, which is hard to get to, and asked for the mechanic's hourly labor cost. While trying to explain this to him, he kept cutting me off, lamenting how he as been doing this work for more than 20 years, people speak highly of him, and he wasn't as expensive as Firestone or Tire Discounters. I mentioned I am price shopping and had a couple questions, to which he immediately commented he does force people to come in, but I should, and he didn't have time to spend 45 minutes searching for part prices to give me a quote. In an attempt to assure him I only need a few minutes of his time, I told him I didn't need quotes on parts I just wanted his hourly rate and he hung up on me."

"I bought a used truck and had Bill Hunt look it over as I was about to take it on along trip. I dropped it off at 8 am. He listened to me and my concerns. He called me around 4 to say he had looked over the truck. He checked brakes, oil, washer fluid, engine, seals, checked for leaks, ran a code check (history), and filled fluids that were low, among other things. He was extremely thorough and took time to explain each item to me. I was expecting a bill of about $200 as previous experiences with dealerships and commercial auto services charge for evaluating and doing nothing. The bill - I KID YOU NOT- was $47.30. This man is knowledgeable, skillful, and HONEST. I will never take any car, old or new anywhere else! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"
