"I always get my cakes and cupcakes from Giant Eagle because they have the best cakes! However, when I went to place an order today, it took quite awhile for anyone to acknowledge I was standing there even though, I was in full view of at least 3 employees. Jan finally said Hi. Jan took my order for cupcakes and very snidely said "It's not white cake. It's almond. ALMOND! Almond cake!" Yes Jan, I know what Almond cake is. But instead of being rude about it, maybe say something like our white cake is almond cake. If you don't want almond cake, yellow is the way to go." But no, she was... Mean about it. When I asked how long they have to know in advance she scoffed, rolled her eyes and said "At least a day!" I placed my order with Jan and left, also angry now. Your happiness rubs off on others. So does anger."
