"My experience was very good. If I have to nitpick, I did have to wait most of the day to get the car back. I bought four new tires and got the exclusive deal to get the alignment etc etc. Yes, I was told they would get it done by the end of the day which they did. I know they were busy. I think next time, though, I may just wait at tire discounters and hopefully the process would be a lot quicker."

"Went in today to get some long overdue services for my car. I needed 4 new tires, and in obvious need of new struts on the front along with some normal maintenance (oil change, air filters). I worked with Adam and he was quick to put together a quote so that I knew what to expect. He was efficient with giving me constant updates so that I wasn’t in the dark about my car. He even takes the time to bring you back into the shop to show you what is recommended and why. This is not the first time I’ve had interactions with Adam at TD, and it definitely won’t be the last. "Dishonesty destroys trust, damages, relationships, and costs businesses their customers. Tire Discounter has lost our trust and our business by pretending that a $100 rebate was still active even after it had expired. The sales manager emphasized that the rebate would come in the mail with no additional action on our part. After waiting several weeks and no rebate was sent, my wife and I went into the store where we bought our tires to ask about it. As we were waiting I started reading the promotional sign on the counter about the rebate. According to the sign the rebate had expired months earlier. When the manager came out I mentioned this to him and he made up a story about how they had extended the program and to not worry about the expiration date. He told us to go home and continue to wait. I pushed back and said the instructions on the sign said to go to the website and enter our order number. He suddenly remembered that this was an important step and told us to do this. We followed the steps only to receive a reply that the rebate program had long since expired. We don’t do business with liars."

"Alex, service manager and Tech Ben, gave great service balancing, rotating and fixing a nail hole as part of warranty program on my Michelin AS Pilot Sport tires. They are always friendly and ready to assist."

"We had very oddly worn tires. They were able to complete all of the maintenance we needed including fixing the wear issue with a proper alignment. We were treated well, got quick service and had good experience overall which has been rare up to now when buying tires."
