"My father went there this morning to buy a battery for his Traverse. After he bought it, he explained that he was taking to a place to have it installed. The employee there told him he would install it at no charge. It was a little complicated as Chevy put the battery under the back seat. The employee had it installed in just minutes and dad was on his way. Thank you for taking care of him! He had been basically stranded at home over the holiday weekend. Keep up the good work!"

"Much more helpful and knowledgeable than AutoZone in this situation. Thought I just needed a bolt for a pulley. I didn't know it was a special bolt. Didn't have my part in stock, but able to get it from another location by 1:00 the next day. Car fixed by 2:00. Very helpful and when the first two guys didn't know my questions, they sought out someone who did. A++ Thanks for getting me back on the road!"
