"Only recommendation I’d have for this business is to stop leaving customers’ vehicles unlocked in the parking lot. Not sure if there’s a reason they do this or if it was just a mistake. Unfortunately, it’s an invitation for people who lurk around at night looking to steal things from cars. That being said, I’ve always received quality work from this business. They treat you with respect and complete the repairs in a timely manner. I will be going back again in the future. I would leave 4.5 stars if I could."

"My wife and I just moved the area and needed one of our cars inspected. Everything about this service is top notch. The people who answer the phone were very friendly and helpful, you don’t get that a lot with auto repair shops. Very easy to talk to, location was convenient and drop off/after hours pick up service is exactly what I needed. They recommended services I didn’t ask for but didn’t hassle me to get them done. They simply allowed me to make a choice of what I absolutely needed to get done. They sent a pre approval of the services to get my authorization and everything was done electronically! So easy and convenient. I was expecting a giant bill for the quick service/ very fair price and they now have 2 new returning customers because of the stellar service we got. "Brian and his team took care of me with new tires, brakes, and an alignment. Got me in fast, and everything done inside of one business day. They also have a super convenient lockbox to pick up your vehicle after hours securely. Great business."

"This place was recommended by our neighbor. I was in need of brakes and 2 new tires. Once the quote was provided I agreed to the terms and services. When it was time to pick up our vehicle I found they installed the brakes and rotors adequately. The 2 new tires were installed. I notice they left the full size spare mounted on our vehicle instead of the full size wheel. They said they would fix it the next day. So I left the vehicle overnight again. Then the next day we pick up and our vehicle was left unlocked and the key was in a different lock box with a different code. I could not pick up. Then once the correct code was given I went back up to get my vehicle. Started using our vehicle and after 10 days I noticed the tires that were replaced were smaller then the tires I ordered. I called and brought the vehicle back in a few days as they had to order the correct tires. When I arrived they informed me they were going to replace all 4 of my tires due to the poor service prior. I'm glad they made it right. I haven't decided if I will be using them as our go to mechanic but I am still considering to. Aside from the communication issues I would recommend."
