"Here at 1am, tried to get air in my tire but the clerk was chatting with the guy who was parked in front of air hose. When I asked him if he could move they both looked at me with attitude and basically went bak to talking. So no he didn't move, and as long as it took me to type this, and Surely longer, they continued chatting. Thanks Shell, really professional."

"The male restroom always smells like a outhouse and never has hand soap or hand towels, they always have the most expensive gas in Williams county, the windshield washer fluid at the pumps smells like raw sewer so you gag while trying to clean your windows and the car wash is always out of service. They can't be out of money since they have the most expensive gas, get lots of business and just bought Marathon gas station on the corner of Main and Wilson streets in Bryan. If something does not change soon I will not do business with Bryan Shell anymore. Keep a better facility or loose my business forever."
