"I spent over $900 on my Cadillac converter. When I went to pick up my vehicle. It was more broken than when I left it. They were giving me over a $400 quote to fix my flex pipe that they broke. when I dropped my van off, it wasn’t making any noise. when I picked it up It was so loud that even my children notice the difference. Now my car is showing the airbag lights and eating up gas. I would not recommend this company."

"Very disappointed & upsetting! I already had some new parts put on my vehicle before I took it here for further vehicle issues. Told them about that & also told them to call me before doing Any repairs on it. Got a call about repairs being needed but learned that not only did they do a repair without my consent they also put more fuel in my gas tank without permission. The cost was more than I was expecting it to be. Very frustrating that this happened."
"They did not call me and let me know that there was more work to be done on my car. They just fixed it. The man told me it was not going to be much more. They charged me double price. Then claimed that he “gave me part price” which in their eyes was a “discount” this was HORRIBLE SERVICE how dare they fix things without telling me how much it’d cost in advance I may not have had the money then what??!!"
