"We have a fleet of 16 vehicles, and your location is very convenient for us. We bring our vehicles to you every month or every other month for tire replacements or to address specific issues. We require complete service for all our vehicles. I am requesting Firestone to conduct a thorough inspection of each vehicle for any maintenance or potential issues. If there are any malfunctioning lamps or if you notice any problems with the brakes while changing the tires, please inform me. We are not interested in any upgrades or products that you may want to sell us. We only want to know what needs to be replaced or what is required for a complete service. "It was a long 2 day experience , but I must say that a few stood out, Jake for getting my part in a timely manner and Sterling who went above and beyond to make sure that what he started out to do he finished, he was absolutely amazing, taking the time to research and make sure that my car would be as good as new. I really appreciated that after 2 tough days with a volkswagen I left and everything was great. The men were friendly and knowledeable and if they didnt know , they found out. Sterling really takes great pride in his work and it showed."
