"Ordered items for in store pick, stopped in the following afternoon. None of the items had been pulled, waited almost 20 minutes for them to gather everything up. It would have been faster to just pick the items myself. They had also sold out of one of the items that morning. The staff seemed annoyed that they had to fill the order and not so much as an apology for the wait or me not getting one of the items due to them not filling the order earlier in the morning. Terrible experience, and too many competing companies to ever bother returning to a NAPA."
"Need a part? Even if they don't have it, they can order it and entertain you for an hour. We have a corporate account and visit frequently. The guys behind the counter are always in a good mood and always willing to chat for as long as you want. I also love their bucket sales for my own purchases. All you can fit in the bucket for a percentage off."
