"Don’t ever bring your vehicle here!!! I took it to the location in Reynoldsburg and they towed it without my consent to another location. They told me that a part wasn’t going to be in until the following Friday but had started asking for money on that Monday before the vehicle was done and by Thursday threatening storage fees before the vehicle was even done being serviced. I picked it up early and the final service was still not complete so I paid and I hope that nobody will ever have to go through what I did with this place."

"Update. Ever since I had my car worked on here they call me multiple times a week trying to sell more services. Which is fine, except when you ask them multiple times to quit calling yet they still do. A small thing but it really makes me not want to do business with them again. I brought my car in for AC issues and Rob, the gentleman I mostly talked to, was extremely professional and kind. The two other people I dealt with were also kind and professional - something you don't see much anymore. I will absolutely take my car back if I ever have issues in the future. Also, the repair was completed much quicker than I could ever have imagined."

"My experience was amazing. The staff is courteous, professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. The manager Rob and his tech Paul definitely made the 30 minute drive worth it and salvaged the relationship with this customer. After not being pleased with the results of an experience at a different location the day before, I took my vehicle into this Hilliard location to find out why the AC was blowing warm air. They took their time and exhausted the possibilities before recommend ing that I have the compressor replaced. The price was almost half of what I had been quoted at the other location the previous day and I was comfortable knowing the exact cause of my problem. They even emailed me a detailed printout which included pictures of my system and the frayed/oxidized wiring harness for my compressor. Special thanks to the Operations Director Jack who proved that customer satisfaction does matter at ATL Total Care Care."
