"I actually stopped because I needed to add air to my tires. Never having done this, I wasn't certain the machine worked. They were very helpful, and I was quickly on my way with four properly inflated tires. Not related to this visit, but in the past, we purchased tires here and had an equally great experience."

"I can’t say enough Good things about the store and the guys that work here. I called the store because I was on my way to work, & had a low tire that needed fixed, But also needed to be in and out within an hour for a work mtg. They told me to come right over, as soon as I walked in they told me they could help me and would have it done so that I would not miss my work meeting. They were kind and considerate, and had my car done in less than an hour, and I made it to my meeting on time. I can’t thank them enough, and I highly recommend them!"

"Replaced all of the suspension components and sent the customer here for an alignment. They come back and tell the customer that all those same parts were sloppy and needed replaced. Customer laughed at them and informed them that all of those parts were brand new and installed that same day. They promptly took their car and left. Right before tireman was bought by Belle, I bought 4 Brand New Michelin tires for my personal vehicle, and paid extra for road hazard warranty. Less than 1000 miles later, took a nail through the sidewalk. At this point, it was Belle Tire now. They flat out refused to honor that warranty, and said I had to buy a new tire, but they would take care of me on the price. So I bought a new tire. Somewhere else. We used to send all of our customers there for alignments and new tires. Won't be doing that anymore."

"Came in for a tire repair with a warranty from Tireman (who was bought by Belle Tire). Guy said they were super busy today but checked us in since we had the tire already off the vehicle. Guy pulled up the warranty information and said we were good to go. Called later to say they were unable to honor the warranty. I would have preffered being told at check in that they were unable to honor the warranty."

"Went yesterday at 915am to an alignment appointment for 930am made by Joe who told me I would be first alignment of the day. Went to breakfast come back at 1015am truck hasn't moved I just sat down. Finally took truck in got done at 1130am. Then I find small indentations in my driver's door. Called Joe told me to come back next day and Nikki. I'm sure this would be a complete waste of my time as they would deny they did it. This is my experience after not going to Belle Tire for years because the service sucked. I started going to Tireman and found them quite good. But then Belle Tire buys them out leaving the consumer with less choice."
