"What a fantastic job Stevie (service rep):and Rodney (tech/mechanic) did on our Acura TL! After a few weeks of the battery depleting, even after a replacement, they did a total job of hunting for what was draining the battery when in our garage. Rodney found the culprit and fixed it! We might add that when we were there, Jose (service rep) readdressed a previous question we had and showed us that result! We cannot say enough good comments about how much we recommend this service department and dealership. If it’s broken, they will fix it!"
"I could give 0 stars I would after another Terrible experience! Ever since Scott has left the service department and Jose has taken over The communications on “scheduled appointments” is nothing but a joke. Little pro tip, appointments are set for a reason and clients expect their cars service around that scheduled time, A simple oil change should never take 6 hours and an appointment scheduled for 10am on a flat tire shouldn’t take up too 8-24 hours to repair. If you’re not properly staffed maybe try limiting your incoming traffic. But instead this dealerships service department will have you waist your entire day on minute repairs. Literally go anywhere else for service!"
