"Had a 2019 Ram Rebel with a aftermarket warranty from AllState. Bill was almost 2k and KnR worked with allstate and the Bill was just over $200. Very happy with them would recommend going to see them. Thanks so much Don"
"Terrible. They just try to charge you as much as possible. Got charged $160 to degrease my engine to find an oil leak and when I brought it back they said it was just a broken gasket which was oddly expensive and it didn’t fix anything. It seems they just turned off the low oil alert on my car because when I checked it a month later it was bone dry. Also they’ll say they can put parts on your car that you bring but when you come drop it off they change their mind so you have to buy their brake pads and a rotor you don’t even need. Just a bunch of terrible people trying to bleed a working person dry. Do not recommend."
"This was the best experience I have ever had with auto repair. Everyone was very nice and communicative throughout the whole process. I took my car in thinking I had a failing alternator and when they could have just replaced the alternator like shop I took it to before K&R wanted to do, they were thorough and it ended up just being a cooling fan and a battery. I will take all of my auto repair business here in the future."
