"Great place! With a great crew. From Stacey at the front desk to the tint guy. Stacey was very helpful getting me hooked up on accessories. The tint guy brought be back to his booth to walk through how I wanted to window strip. I told him “I’m sure you’re good at what you do but I’m a picky guy” he said give me 30 mins. I got home and I looked over the tint like it was my job to find a spec of dust. I couldn’t do it. Excellent work guys. Thanks! Definitely will be back"

"This place is a very customer friendly business. I’ve had a several upgrades done too my truck at Tri State. During my last upgrade I was informed the headlights I was having installed were defective. Ray, because he clearly takes great pride in his work told me he would attempt to get the upgraded version of the LED headlights they tried to install for me, due to the inconvenience of the long wait in the show room. He also told me he would throw in an LED reverse light at no cost. In just a couple of days Ray and Tri State Customs came through. I left Tri State with the higher end LED headlights at no where near the cost. I am very satisfied with how they handled the situation and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tri State Customs."

"Excellent customer service and friendliness of all the staff. I spoke to probably 5 different people while I was there taking my Jeep in for rustproofing and undercoating services. Everyone was pleasant to speak to and went above to address an issue with my vehicle that didn't even pertain to the work I was having done. They cared to help and find a resolution to a mystetious noise I have in vehicle that only has a few thousand miles on it. The staff is very knowledgable about the services and products they sell. I will definitely go to them for future services/products."

"I had a bed liner installed by TriState. They got me scheduled in a timely manner and did a great job with the spray work. The work was completed very quickly. I got to the shop at 8am and was driving away with a new bed liner before 10am. The 3 staff members I interacted with were friendly and professional. The showroom, waiting area, and bathrooms are clean and nicely laid out."

"Stacy was very helpful and professional. Ordered steps to ship to our home and it came on time as expected. Both the tonneau cover and steps were purchased through Line X. Installing items purchased saves you some money. They carry a wide variety of items, definitely worth a trip to see their showroom!"
