"Purchased windshield wiper blades. During a snow storm, one of my blades just flew off. Got two new ones at a reasonable price and the associate even came out to change them himself. I was greeted when I came in, got help right away, got my merchandise, and they changed out both blades for me. Whole transaction was less than 10 minutes. I'll definitely be back. Thank you for your excellent service."
"Paul was an absolutely amazing help to me and my brother+his girlfriend. He put up with changing a battery in a rather difficult car in February in Indiana, which is bitterly cold. "I had to stop and buy a couple of quarts of oil. Well. I ended up having to borrow a funnel Because I forgot mine like usual at home. And he was kind enough to allow me to borrow one.. The funnel I borrowed had a tube attached to it. The funnel for transmission and fluids that type, not oil. Long story short, I went to go add to oil to my car and the tubing just basically popped apart. He informed me it wasn't supposed to come apart. At first I thought he was joking. And then I realized he was actually serious. I apologize in told him it literally slid apart. Well, I felt bad I offered to pay for it. He told me no I said sir if I actually broke it. I have no problem paying for it. I did apologize. I didn't know it wasnt supposed to come apart. I don't you feel really bad because of what happened so I looked up the type of funnel and how much it was. It was a $2.99 funnel. I thought it was so expensive that I actually broke and I even offered to pay for it. And come to find out. It's a cheap funnel and i jad No problem paying for it no matter what Moral of the story is that I don't think I'll be getting a full learing time soon or probably oil. And if I do, I'll make sure it brings my own funnel. ."
