"Love the place. Staff is very friendly helpful. The only issue I have with AA is their phone system. When I call, the call never goes through & when asked told the phone hasn't rang. Sounds like a network problem that the workers don't have the authority to request the phone providers to fix the issue. Seems to me that AA could be losing money to their competitors because not all consumers are aware of the problem & call the competition to get their auto needs taken care of. Most customers usually need their parts when they call. In today's economy many do not have the luxury of fixing a problem before their vehicle breaks down."

"I was out of town on a business trip and our vehicle has trouble starting. I sent my wife to Advance Auto Parts store and she was helped out with a new battery purchase. The staff then installed the battery at no cost for her. This is one reason I am a returned customer. Superior staff as always. The General Manager Mr. Jason Knapp was amazing! He did some tesrs and told us exactly what the problem was.Mr Knapp is Very helpful, knowledgeable, and even had concerns about us driving back in the dark. He went above and beyond! He is definitely an asset to the company."
