"Placed an order on Dec. 14th for in-store pickup on Dec. 22nd. It was a Christmas gift for my daughters. I've placed multiple calls to Best Buy trying to figure out what's going on with my order and they all end in the same way, an associate hanging up on me. I will never buy anything from best buy again after the customer service I received. It's now January 7th and I still can't get an answer to what's going on with my order. As a corporation I expected a little better customer service."

"I was lied to when I exchanged the broken TV I opened and told to get a better TV and paid 372 on top of the money I was already charged then told that the new tv would be sent to my house from the store only 8 miles from my house but when the delivery was 2 hours past the time I called the store and was told because I didn't pay even more to have them set it up that my TV was coming from a central Warehouse by a 3rd party and that my best buy appointment email was wrong and it would be any time between 7-7 pm so just know that you get LIED to at the store and must pay more to get the TV you paid for at the store BEST Buy you just lost a customer the customer service is a joke it's in a foreign land and the manager won't even talk to you DON'T shop there go to Arron's cost more but they will bring u what you pay for and on time !!!!! I Will Never shop at a place that lies and is not local again !!!!! Never offered to make it right just to make me wait longer"
