"Chelsea needs to be recognized for what she did for me tonight. I was taking an uber from work to this Thortons and then home. My uber driver was making me feel unsafe and all around creeping me the hell out. I had told her that I was uncomfortable and she was really quick with her thinking and not only walked me outside (pretended like she knew me) but she turned on the front cameras for me to make sure that if she didn't hear from me when I got home that she had his information. I really feel like she's the kind of person everyone WISHES for in that situation. She made me feel so much safer just by acting quickly and putting everything they teach you to good use and I can't thank her enough for that. She could have brushed it off but she didnt and im super thankful for that. It will literally always be on my mind. Plus the store was very well stocked and clean and creepy driver aside I got my snacks lol"

"Is so nice after the remodel! Always my fav place in this area to stop for gas. Best prices with their membership card and spotless restrooms."

"The staff is great. However the cooler section is ALWAYS EMPTY. There is never any water, juices or Gatorade. I come into the store at different times of day and the cooler area is never stocked. I was hoping with the new construction on the building that the ready to go food and cooler section would be brought up to speed. It seems that I can only depend on Thornton’s for fuel, cigarettes and cups of ice. Those are the only areas I haven’t been let down. This location is directly between my home and work. I unfortunately will have to go out of my way to UDF or Speedway because of the inconvenience of this convenience store. Update: It seems this location has chosen to give the middle finger to the many customers that stop here. I gave them another shot after my last review and it has only gotten worse. The cooler was stocked on a more regular basis but now for the last month or so, I can’t seem to ever get my brand of cigarettes. Shockingly, half of that time is due to their doors being locked! There are clearly people inside. But I guess that’s considered okay by company standards because they leave the pumps on. But if you need a receipt because the printer at the pump is jammed yet again you are on your own. Thank you Thornton’s, thank you for extending my commute because I have to go to Speedway in order to get any kind of help."

"Used pump 18 swiped card, swiped rewards card. Selected grade of gas unit looked to clear out. So I started pumping. Says I pumped $20. Except it didn't. Tried again same thing. Tried 3 times exact same issue it kept instancing that I had put $20 in my card except I didn't. Nothing fuel gauge kept saying empty. Suspiciously the security tape had been peeled about 3/4 of the way off the top of the machine and same on the receipt printer. I get gas from 4 different Thornton's and have never had this problem. Please be safe."
