"I engaged Mr. Redmond back in January of this year to do our taxes. We had two years a filings we needed to catch up with. Initially communication with Mr. Redmond was fine. He responded to calls or emails in a relatively timely manner. We made an appointment to sit down and review our filings, brought him all the documentation, and he said he would get started immediately so we could complete the previous years' filings first. He seemed confident and professional. However, once all the documentation was delivered to him, he completely stopped responding to me. I followed up by both phone and email, which he responded to previously, and nothing. Finally 8 months later I showed up to his office during business hours. He did not seem to recognize my face (we'd met twice) and barely seemed to recognize my name. I asked him why he didn't respond to my phone calls or emails at all for months, and he said he was busy and out of town a lot. I asked if he had started any work on my file, and he hadn't. At least I got my paperwork back, but the absolute audacity of this man was shocking. This guy is not reliable, professional, or trustworthy. I would not recommend working with him in any capacity."
