"Love the rep that does my taxes. His name is Greg in Painesville oh. Only suggestion I have is for corp. You may want to provide a price range for the service PRIOR to taking on the tax assignment for the individual. Last year it was $240 this year it jumped to $380 a 60%+ increase is ridiculous and is taking advantage of clients with limited income and on social security. Very disappointed with managements ethics and practices with their clients. The five stars are for Greg your rep and Corp gets 2 stars Renee 3/12/23"
