"We bought 7 dollar snack (among other things) from this place. Ate it and realized it was stale! Notice the package showed expired about a few months ago. According to the receipt we can exchange the item within 7 days so we went to their customer service counter for exchange, but they refused. They said the expiration date is 12 months from the date we were pointing out because there’s a label in Japanese (I think) that said 12 months preservation time. They rather lose a customer than losing 7 dollar on the snack that is stale and inedible. Also, the cashiers were unfriendly a few times we went there. They would give you your receipts without making eye contact and without saying anything. A good service goes a long way ma’am! Never coming back here. I would rather travel further to Sunrise/Saraga/CAM."

"This place is great. They have a lot of Asian foods coming from a variety of different countries so you can get anything you want. The problem is that it feels a bit run down. Also, the backside of the store has this very strong fish smell. It’s not jus the fish section, its the whole back half of the store so that’s what knocks it down some points. Overall, if you’re trying to shop for Asian foods, good spot, just try to handle the fish smell."
