"From the general customer service provided by Jessie to the local on-site staff, the whole process was smooth. They answered all my questions prior to executing the lease agreement & made sure I fully understood their terms as well as allowed me to view the space before I signed. Michael was extremely polite, friendly & professional. The experience so far has been very satisfactory. The storage space was clean & ready for me on the day I signed. Facility is well kept, well lighted & gated with some outside security cameras."

"We were told when we rented a unit over the phone that we had a six month promotion price, but two months in and they doubled the rent with no notice. I went into the office and a very rude associate stated they mailed a notice to my home address. I have never received a single piece of mail from this business. I asked if we could go down to a smaller unit, but the associate said we couldn't get a the better price with a different unit because that would be promotion shopping. They further stated that there is no such thing as a six month promotion and said the phone representatives will lie and say anything to get you to sign a lease. I very much feel taken advantage of by this company."
"No issues at all. I rented a 10x10 and it was all done online. I loved that about the whole process. I just used the gate code and I was in! A lock was left inside my unit but I did choose to use my own so I needed to return it. I walked in and they greeted me with a smile and after explaining I wanted to return the lock, the process was done quickly. They just applied a credit to my next monthly bill. Super impressed by this company so far. I would highly recommend renting from Extra Storage if you need a unit. Thank you!!"
