It doesn't get a five until city authorities wake up and close downtown. Too many people, especially children, to allow traffic (mostly cruisers) in the same area. NO EXCUSES, there are so many routes cars can take and not lose a minute of time. The restaurants are filled with pedestrians, not car travelers!"
