"I had called and asked someone if there was a tote limit and explained that my MIL recently passed away and I had 6 baskets full of clothes and 2 baskets full of purses to sell. They lady on the phone told me they had no tote limit. A few days later, I drove 45 mins to go sell the clothing items and the ladies in the store told me they were only going to accept 2 from me and that the process would take more than a day to go through. (Which I was not told either of that on the phone a few days prior) they then said they couldn’t “override the system” by allowing more than two. I’ve worked at a similar establishment and know that there is nothing you override, you just accept the items no matter the amount. I also had asked if my aunt could bring in two as well and was also shut down for that too. I ended up leaving with my two baskets. I feel like I made a wasteful trip with my 3 year old and newborn and was given misleading information on the phone."

"Would give zero stars if that were an option. Completely rude. My husband dropped off clothes for me and they treated him like trash. They didn’t ask how they could help, instead, they told him to go somewhere else with men’s clothes. Then after he explained he was dropping off women’s clothing, they were still snarky with him and vaguely mentioned where to drop off the clothes. Then they complained that he didn’t bring the clothes in a “structured basket” and said to not bring clothes without one next time. Needless to say, I will never purchase or take clothes here ever again. My suggestion: have a serious talk with your Perrysburg staff on how to treat customers."

"Took 3 more than gently used leather Fossil bags & wallets, a new off brand leather bag and a few clothes. They offered me $33 in cash or 40+ in store credit. The store credit wasn’t enough to buy a Thirty-one purse & a pair of Minnetonka moccasins. I took all my stuff back & dropped it at the Goodwill."

"Found me a Michael Kors maxi dress in black and white. 20.99 ASOS black, gray and white cheetah print longer length blouse. And another dress In Black and gray with a small little sexy opening in the back. I apologize but I can't remember what the last two items I bought cost it was not that expensive I think one was 10.99 and one was 14.99. it's a good idea to shop at different times different days and different weeks because they always are getting new clothing items in. Don't give up on your new fashion piece for less. Shop Clothes Mentor for absolutely the best!"
