"I had a much longer version of this review, but Google thinks it's too long. This store ceased to be an Amazon Hub Center without warning. I had just picked up an order two days after the manager claimed this store stopped taking Amazon deliveries, and was not informed of any change at that time. I was informed by the manager in just about the most rude way possible; I think she enjoyed being rude too much! Whether she just didn't like me or Amazon or both is unclear. After a nearly hour-long call with two patient women at Amazon, we found the thing. The delivery somehow ended up at another Rite-Aid, and the electronics are fine! I'm lucky; at this store, the rep threw packages around only after I had repeatedly asked her to check for my order. I never had such lousy service here before! I'd picked up a half-dozen Amazon packages here without incident prior to this last time. And it IS the last time! One Amazon rep suggested it was possible that a store might be removed from the Hub Program after many complaints; I wouldn't be surprised if this happened here. After this, I will not trust Rite-Aid again; don't bother with the pat answer."
