"I don't know where to start. The situation I had was very scary I called multiple lawyers and was told the worst scenario. I contacted Mr. Bacovin and he spent more than he needed to over the phone with me pulled up my case went over the best and worst scenario. At that time I scheduled an in person meeting. From there it just got better and better for me. I felt more relaxed and calm with the way he presented himself the fees of retaining him, as well as the abundance of communication he gave me on my case. Mr. Bacovin is an amazing lawyer and will explain the x,y and z of it all. He went above and beyond for me and my family. I highly recommend him for ANY CRIMINAL case. Now only if he could do Divorce cases."

"Dean was absolutely amazing helping me with my case these last few months! They have been some of the most stressful and definitely the scariest few months of my life, but his confidence, knowledge and aid helped tremendously in keeping me sane, and getting the best possible outcome for my circumstances. Very affordable with a payment plan to help out too, and if I’m ever needing legal help again I will definitely be hiring again. Thanks for everything, Dean!"

"Dean as a person is very charismatic and genuinely a nice guy. However there are multiple reasons for the low rating. Before I get into the negative, I'd like to comment that he does offer a payment plan which is nice. 1. His communication wasn't up to par, it took him days, sometimes weeks to respond to my boyfriend (his client). Sometimes he wouldn't respond at all. When fighting a charge, communication between the lawyer and client is important. 2. So, my boyfriend was facing a charge he actually didn't commit. I feel the same results could've been obtained by using a public defender. The other person involved facing a more serious charge didn't even have a lawyer but managed to get his charges dropped and faced no punishment. Verses my boyfriend getting a lower charge and 2 punishments - again for a crime he did not commit. This is largely in part to Dean assuring us there was a 99% chance we would not be required to take this to trial. 3. It seemed the case kept getting postponed for no good reason, and then once the payment plan was complete that's when we finally got answers. As soon as he received the final payment he was very adamant about pushing for trial all of the sudden, which would cost as much as his previous services. 4. Dean assured us that even if the person who filed charges chose to drop the charges, that the state would pick up the case and it would not benefit me in the slightest. Yet, the same person dropped charges against the other party, and his case WAS NOT picked up by the state, and when the prosecutor was questioned, he admitted that the other party was the villain in the situation and his case 'slipped the cracks'. I'm not saying don't hire Dean, things just did not go the way we planned, the communication wasn't there and it seemed he didn't genuinely care the outcome as he was getting paid either way. He was genuinely shocked by the outcome in court and did not seem prepared any of the 5 times I was required to show to court, when the other party used a public defender and his charges were dropped in 2 court dates."
