"Don’t bother with them !! You aren’t valued . That or then someone in there isnt doing their job . UPDATE : 02/22/24 So they had my car again about a month ago … kept it for a while and supposedly fixed the issue , however , I am having the same issue as before . Seems they simply deleted the engine code because it’s acting up again …. Only now it’s not only AWD that’s out but also the Stabilitrac , and ABS system …. But now it’s beyond their 90 day from purchase warranty… to be fair I only really possessed the vehicle for about 75 days at this point considering all the time it spent in the shop . Suspicious that this may have been a lemon . #lemonlaws So I bought a 2014 Acadia Denali from the Wickliffe Autonation location on November 7th . They had received the car on a trade only a few days prior. Joe Tripepi was who I worked with and I was satisfied with his service . They were not able to get the car thru the detail shop in time for a presale detail job so they told me to “take it to the North Canton location and they will take care of it. “ They found an AWD issue as well when they did a pre-sale inspection . I tried contacting Autonation North Canton multiple times over the next days with no response to my voice messages requesting to set up an appointment. Finally they found me a Friday slot and I drove up and waited for the detail to be done . I WAS IN THE STORE FOR the ENTIRE DAY and then was told they would like to keep the car there so they can replace the AWD part when it comes in . At the time I was told it would be “ 2-3 days “ , so I agreed , and they gave me a loaner to use in the meantime . - I left that day thinking hey they actually take care of people here ….. I may have been wrong It has now been 2 weeks and we just got the car back - BUT - the AWD isn’t fixed , ( not even touched ) and infuriatingly the DETAIL wasn’t even done . ( see photos ) the car is in the same condition as when I picked it up at the Wickliffe location . My wife and I have tried to get all the dog hair out on our own and it’s not working . Another issue I have is I haven’t received my memo title yet because apparently the title hasn’t left the dealer and been sent to the finance company yet ! I emailed the finance company and they reported ((more than 30 days post purchase )) that they still haven’t received the title ."

"We purchased a truck online, there was great communication throughout the whole process. The truck was exactly as described and was waiting on us when we went to pick it up. Everyone was very friendly and great to deal with. If we had a complaint, it would be that the gas tank was on empty, so our first stop going home was to the gas station. We are very happy with our purchase!"

"Service manager Alan was very communicative. Only reason for taking off some stars - he tried to charge me for 2 diagnostic charges, even though all symptoms were disclosed upon arrival. Took a little negotiating to get rid of the second diagnostic charge, but in the end - he did the right thing. Just would have appreciated that without having to ask for it. Workmanship is good, truck was returned in better shape (clean) than when I dropped it off."

"My buying process was fairly easy, I needed a bigger down payment but my salesman Jeff Handy was very helpful and willing to work with me on it! About a week after I got my car an Abs light came on and I contacted Jeff to see if there was anything they could do and they scheduled me a service appointment. There was a little confusion about how it was gonna be paid for because I did purchase a warranty but unfortunately they denied the claim. Jeff got me a loaner car(2024 ford escape) to use while mine was being serviced! My service contact was William and he kept me informed throughout the process and was so helpful!! Altogether I’m very happy with my purchase and their service!!"
