"Love the store and normally the staff , however today I had a run in with Sharon(I believe was her name) and I wanted a key made, she looked up and snapped at me that she would be awhile as she has 10 keys to make. I explained to her I was not in a hurry and could wait and she said okay then whatever… I was very upset with her attitude, she needs better people skills so a brake if having a bad day…"
