"The guys from Brown's plumbing came out to work on a clogged kine and they were absolutely amazing. They were kind, courteous, very professional was more than willing to answer any questions I had as well. They were unable to repair the issue as it was beyond the scope of the ability of the equipment they had at hand. Their equipment is not lacking in anyway the job is just going to require more than what they have access to. They also cleaned up the area nicely before leaving. Every surface was wiped down and sanitized including all door knobs. I was impressed by this level of detail. But all in all these guys were great and I would and will highly suggest them for plumbing needs. UPDATE: the situation as it stands is requiring an outside line to be dug up and repaired. The staff from Brown Plumbing did an amazing job trying to help solve this situation. I can not speak highly enough of their professionalism and attention to detail. They laid down plastic to help protect all surfaces from their equipment as they worked. Just highly impressed."
"Made an appointment for five days away. Brown Plumbing did not show up @830am for the appointment on the set day. When I called said they just didn't have time for it and wouldn't be able to get to it at all. Very unprofessional. We only waited the five days as a courtesy because Brown had always done well for us, our family used them for 30 years before this. We will not be doing so as of now. Too much unprofessionalism in our last few dealings with this company."
