"I use to live in Wilmington and it was adorable and fun to go look. Recently I was in town and the price of books is crazy for a thrift store. The shoes. Just all over priced. A employee working was on the phone screaming and cursing and causing many people to feel uncomfortable. Very unprofessional and dramatic. The flip side is there use to a be some of great employees and one lady who I just loved talking to and who was so kind and helpful. But as of current - it a sale item - worth it, otherwise skip."

"This place has raised its prices and all the good stuff goes online or home with them. Donate all your stuff elsewhere. If you wonder why prices are so high look at what the employees are driving, not on their wages there."

"There was two ladies working tonight at Goodwill. One was doing the register and one was fixing clothes 10 minutes before closing, I made my way to the line and was rudely talked to, by the lady, putting away the clothes, for looking at the items that were in arms reach away she directed me to stand in line and not move, and then proceeded to walk away and mumbled under her breath you pregnant B.I.T.C.H. . I am 8 months pregnant so I assume she was talking to me. I left my cart in the line and walked out. People like her don’t deserve jobs that consist of being polite and having patience."
