"We had cawood install vinyl flooring for us. The administration is HIGHLY Unprofessional... We spoke to Molly who was poor in communication right from there start.. She cut down our scope of work to fit our budget ( Which is more than the best bid we had and not less money at all) whereas we were under the impression that she changed product A TO B to fit our needs... Well the installers came and we showed them the scope of the work.. Had they sufficient information they could have told us at the start itself... Again thanks to Molly and her communication skills... On the 3rd day we were told that the upper floor was not in scope and it was in the agreement. The worst of it all was the administrations attitude and NON ACCOMMODATING nature . The gave a ridiculous quote of the 2nd floor which was not acceptable... These guys are highly unprofessional. Overall bad experience and would NOT recommend"

"Our project was just completed and we couldn't be happier. From start to finish the project went perfectly. We added new hardwood, and refinished the rest of the hardwood in the house. The new matched perfectly with the old and the old looks brand new. They did what they said they would do and did it on time. Something that rarely happens in the construction industry. "We were renovating a house to sell which needed new kitchen and hallway floors and refinished hardwood floors including steps which a pet dog had chewed up. We had Cawood Flooring, recommended by our realtor, do all the work including adding new carpeting to the Family Room. We had received a good deal of assistance from Molly Schwartz in picking out the flooring and carpeting needed for our project that fit within our price range. Both turned out great and really added value to the rooms. What was even more awesome was the refinished hardwood flooring which needed repairs of water damage from indoor plants and a big pet dog that chewed the stars when teething, as well as almost 50 years of daily use. The floors were absolutely fabulous and looked like new after Cawood had refinished them. They did a good job of cleaning up after the work was done. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again."
