"1st meeting, looking at same rental contract said I could get back all rent I ever paid, and that since it was trashed with expired beer and weed roaches etc and trash bags filled rooms, that if made to leave told me to have a party drink some beer smoke some joints and trash the place like it was when I moved in and renovated bc it was a rent own but unlivable until I did work maintaining her property 5 yrs and ask to fix one thing , she no longer going by original contract and wants double first from first purchase price we both signed and agreed to that price, up to date on rent, written eviction stating she wants to list it but what it was appraised for the work I did and money I put in it to make it livable, fix 1 thing in 5 years and now she wants double, I hope she can’t file legal eviction action If we are trying to negotiate but I she won’t be fair and stick her promise of 60,000 2nd meeting, no I can’t destroy house I can take what I put in it as long as I don’t destroy it um it was destroyed when I moved in returning a favor for a favor I cleaned up her mess she cleans up mine if I have to leave if I’m only being evicted bc rent to own is expired which I’m pretty sure wasn’t a legal rent to own landlord called it a generic contract, 2nd meeting disrespectful, saying he knew my landlord and told me their issues financially making poor choices why charge me double bc they can’t manage their money? And i asked to fix 1 thing in 5 yrs renting to own always said she was getting me new contract but never followed through, I put most of extra supplies from my ex I got in divorce bc we were renovating and it’s as deep as the wiring outlets switches mostly all the plumbing water heater toilet , this is going to be a timely and costly move if we have to move she can pay plumbers electrician ms etc to take it all out I wasn’t paid to put it in her house she can pay for me to move if she wants me out and won’t except my offer from 1st contract not to mention the severe anxiety, emotional distress, insomnia, my daughters at risk of being emotionally effected by this too but yet I don’t have a case! But thanks for letting me know about their poor financial choices and I had a friend there to witness you say it, bc you knew them was your reason for not taking my case! Is that why I was led to believe since last fall that he could get me back all rent I paid in the past 5 years and that’s why I came to him when it started again, nope let them poor financial choices and risk leaving a family homeless that she traumatized with her retaliation the past yr and all my time documenting some attorney you are he leads clients on so they waste time going back"

"As I had Terry Simson as a court appointment laywer, DO NOT HAVE HER, ASK FOR A DIFFERENT ONE DUE TO HER NEGLIGENCE I got charged, she didn't present pictures of me or my 2 year old child of our marks we had on us from my ABUSER, as I sent her the pictures and the NEGLIGENCE of sheriff cops took pictures also and didn't present them to judge. IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN SHE COULDN'T DO HER JOB I WOULD HAVE FIRED HER AND PRESENTED everything myself or PAYED for a lawyer to do their job. So because of her NEGLIGENCE I am now charged for something I did not do. I fought and fought for a appeal, all this took a year and a half, and got denied of the appeal. SO DUE TO HER, SHE MESSSED UP MY LIFE, WHEN I WASNT THE ABUSER & IM THE ONE THAT CALLED THE SHERIFF DUE TO MY ABUSER ABUSING ME AND MY 2 YEAR OLD!JUDGE EVEN SAID ITS HE SAID, SHE SAID, AND FAILED TO PROVIDE EVIDENCE, BUT YET CHARGE ME FOR A CONVICTION I DID NOT DUE! IF I LIVED IN MERCER COUNTY, THIS WOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED. VAN WERT DONT CARE AS LONG AS THEY GET THEIR MONEY, DONT CARE ABOUT PEOPES LIFES WHEN INNOCIENT."
