"This is a nice little market that offers many African products. Although they don't have as much as Jungle Jim's across the street from the African section it's so nice to support your local small businesses. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products that they have and will answer any questions that you have."

"Can't imagine how this shop attendant was trying to be so smart over my purchases just a matter of turning away from the register to get me some yams, she tried to double the price of one of my items. The good thing is that the spirit of God spoke to me to take a second look at my receipt, I identified the error and went back to the shop for my refund. The $25 worth of yams l got too only one was ok. What a mess."

"The address on here need to be updated. The Asafo African Market is located in Dixie Highway in front of the Restoration Church of Christ International. A good store to shop at for African Food and the owner is very nice. They are the only store in Cincinnati that carry the calabar chalk or pitterstone."
