"Madison was our salesperson and was extremely helpful! Both times we came out to the dealership, she cleared three cars of snow so we could test drive each. She was very patient with us as we decided which vehicle to actually purchase and was never pushy. Purchasing a car at Jeff Schmitt Mazda as a whole was a great experience. The paperwork went smoothly, and everyone was great to work with."

"Two stars for professionalism, one star for customer experience. On Monday, we had an appointment to look at a used vehicle. Ethan, a sales associate was very friendly and helpful. We performed a test drive. I found it odd that the sales associate was in the vehicle for the duration of the test drive (We had previously test driven 6 other vehicles at different dealerships, and were allowed to do so alone). The first vehicle drove great. On the second vehicles test drive, it was clear that something was wrong with the vehicle. When I brought this to the attention of another associate (not Ethan), it was clear that each issue I brought up was written off. The car was making an awful rubbing noise when breaking, tires had low pressure and the fender was scraping on speed bumps. The associate made excuses for each one, citing weather as the main culprit. Because of having three small children, we decided to think about purchasing the first vehicle, and went home. On Tuesday, my husband offered Jeff Schmitt a lower price on the first vehicle we liked, comparing it to many others on AutoTrader with similar mileage and age. My husband offered 1500 lower than asking. No counteroffer was given, only a rejection and a "we will not lower the price at all" message. We thought this was a little odd considering. But, nonetheless we purchased the vehicle at the asking price. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that they would deliver the car to us. They delivered the car to us and as they were pulling into our garage, I noticed that a fog light was out. I said so to the associate delivering the car and the response was, "I'll see if that's something we cover." It is now Thursday and after multiple calls, no one has told us if they will replace the fog light or if we will have to pay for it. Not only that, but an idiot light on the dashboard was illuminated. We were told by the associate that it's normal for snowy weather. After researching in the manual, we found out that no, the idiot light was illuminated because there is a fault in the system and we will need to take it to a dealership to have it fixed. (We've had the car for two days) Not only this, but one of the two key fobs was programmed incorrectly. I can't say we had a positive experience here. Each thing was very "black and white" business but it is clear that they are not customer satisfaction enthusiasts. Many instances where concerns were brought up, but an associate wrote it off. I can't say I would refer this dealership to anyone."

"Had an awesome experience with the team at this dealership! First time buyer, Abel was honest, professional, and followed my needs over best profit. I greatly appreciate the time spent helping me, and I am happy with my vehicle! Had a strange noise coming from the AC vent and when I called Abel, he was adamant on getting the vehicle into their shop asap to make sure there were no issues. Thanks again!"

"My father in law and I came one evening to Jeff Schmitt Mazda, without too much detail . My FIL feel upon walking up to the entrance. Brent and a co worker was quickly there to aid him , they also helped to get him up . Never the less he was determined to stay so I could make a purchase. I was pretty sure on what I wanted but it turned out the first choice wasn’t the fit for me. I told Brent my needs and he was quickly able to locate me another Mazda to look at. He was very knowledgeable and patient as I had some corks on figuring out if this was the one. Of course he the nail on the head , I said yes to the CX-5 ! The whole financing team including Karma was fabulous. They worked hard to make this happen. Brent made sure to get the Mazda app downloaded and connected to my car and answered any questions I had. Great follow up too!"

"This is our 4th car from this dealer. Very happy with our purchases. Our latest, the CX-90 is amazing. Luxury and strong ratings, good price. No **premium** added to sticker. Brent was very helpful and professional to work with. Very down to earth and not pushy or "salesy". Sales mgr was pleasant too. Malik in service always greets you with a smile. We will go back again!"
