"Worked with Aaron and Sierra. Unfortunately many, many delays and miscommunications. It was very poor measuring and install. Ray Charles could have measured better. One side went into my drywall about an inch on install to get dishwasher side even. They left drywall everywhere inside the cabinets. If I didn't put a backsplash in, it would look horrible. They left dirt ALL over the floor. Pic shown. One exposed end was not even finished or polished. They were supposed to give me a discount for all the mishaps. That didn't happen either. No call backs. They had my money."

"Reading through the reviews, to be honest, I was a bit skeptical but went to the store anyway. The store closes at 530 and we got there about 430. Chris took his time to answer our questions not even flinching when I realized the store closed 20 minutes prior. We put our deposit down on Thursday and was advised that the template guy would be out the following Monday and that it would be 7-10 business days to install. They called on Tuesday after template to set an appointment for the next day for install. We were actually out of town so we scheduled for the following Monday (Yesterday) to install. While the installers missed their window and was a bit late, when they arrived they were efficient and answered any questions I had. When I showed them that my cup washer may not fit, they adjusted everything (not because they had to but to help me) to allow it to fit. I am super happy with the whole experience! Kudos to Chris and the entire team."

"Stay away from this place if you are looking for a professional granite installation and customer service...they never (not once) have shown up on time...in fact I have had appointments with this company for the last 3 days and they no call and no show every day....either it will be a flat tire or their overwhelmed or they just straight up don't show for any reason (like today) HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I could wright a book with how I've been treated by this place....don't do it!!! If you read this before you deal with this company you will understand after they keep you strung along for 2 months!!!"
