"I ship a lot of packages but usually through usps. This box was very large and ups was a more affordable option. Printed the label at home, packed it very well but wrote on the top “This side up” just hoping the box would be handled with more care; also put fragile stickers all over it. The older lady at the counter had to tip it to scan it because it’s a big box, I did let her know I’d like it to stay up on the one side if possible. She said “well they get tossed around and throw every which way so that’s not really going to happen”. I responded “I understand that but it’s really just me hoping the package handlers see it and take better care of it.” And she said “well conveyor belts can’t read”. Haha so funny, very rude and sarcastic. She could have just said “well they move a lot on the conveyor belts but we’ll do the best we can”. Not leaving a 1 star because it saved my customer $60 in shipping to use ups instead but that was very unprofessional when I wasn’t even rude or bossy, just trying to have a relatable conversation with another human. I’ll be sure to go to a different location if I use ups again lol."

"Very friendly people, always helpful in guiding me through what service is best for my shipping. Have helped me package some odd shaped items and transported them safely to the recipient for me. They have helped me expedite documents and track them for my peace of mind. They have a great variety of packing supplies as well. You can fax things, copy things, have a PO Box at this location. Also found out today that they can do shredding of large volumes of old paperwork that I need to get rid of. Really appreciate how nice they always are. A great UPS store!"
