"The guy that got this location after Stan retired likes money a little to much. Our insurance has went up 1000 since he took over. We went to state farm, and saved 1800 a year"

"I've had the same policy for almost 20 years but ever since my agent retired and Harold/Skip took over, it's been the worst experience. I tried calling for days and could never reach anyone, finally stopped in to the local office today (called on my way and got no answer)and the lady at the front desk was sitting there doing nothing. Found out some things that were supposed to be done on my policy last year were never done and the cost of adding my new car to my policy is absolutely ridiculous. Canceling my policy with them today!"

"Not sure if this guy's name is Skip or Harold. Has numerous offices and uses these one of these two names between offices. Has numerous employees who are less than helpful and a bit snotty to boot. Time to move onto another agent, today!!"
