"improveit remodeling for replacement windows (3) in my house. This company responded promptly to an online quote request and scheduled an in-home sales presentation (you know the kind), took almost 2 hours, but I did agree to the job. When the contract came in a couple days later (they offered financing through a third-party lender) I was less-than-satisfied with the terms and canceled. The company owner called me the next day to discuss and re-negotiate so I agreed and signed. Took about 4 weeks for windows to come in and schedule install, which is like 3 months quicker than any other company was quoting me. Team of 2 doing install were a little late for the appointment time, but we're friendly, courteous and professional. Did a good job installing, went over the work with me pre- and post-job, cleaned up after themselves and discussed some minor improvements I could make myself like new interior trim to suit the new windows. And the final product looks great! Really appreciate the install team and thanks for the work. I'll recommend based on price (competitive to better than 3 other quotes I had recieved), responsiveness to my questions and concerns, quick turnaround and great install team. Lost a star due to the initial disappointment with the financing plan and late to install appointment (miscommunication between the office staff and the install sub-contractor, but not a big deal). "Fisher and Sons did a fantastic job of installing our new windows and left everything all clean and tidy. The windows looked good with the exception of a sloppy job of the factory person who filled the nail holes. We had to sand the filler down before we could stain the wood. More care should be taken by the factory on their Finnish work"
