"I bought a ring on 8/28/22 bought the care plan because they soldered my rings together. When I came in yesterday 2/17/24 they said I did not have a care plan and needed my receipt. Fine I came back today with the receipt. They took it and maybe can fix it. In the meantime I had a bought a necklace for my wedding and have maybe worn it 3 times. They told me today that there was nothing they could do. Just because it was after the 60 days for returns. If I was you I would never ever buy jewelry from Jcpenny."
"This review is for the new makeup section. I was very excited to check out the new JCP Beauty and the new makeup/skincare products you’re now carrying. I came in just for this purpose. I greeted the woman working in the makeup section and let her know I was just looking, I found the brand I was excited to look at and as I was kneeling down to view the products on the bottom shelf, out of the corner of my eye, I saw the employee approaching me, I straightened back up as I was bending down before and she was mere inches away from me, just standing behind me hovering over my shoulder. She didn’t say a word. Just stood right behind me staring over me. It was extremely unsettling and I don’t think I’ve ever been so uncomfortable in my life. I understand making sure people don’t steal but I am an almost 30 year old woman, not some shady looking teenager. I laughed in her face and called out her ridiculous behavior and walked out. I will never return here, no one is going to buy anything from this department if she is the one working. She does not even allow you to browse. This woman needs to be fired immediately and I hope something is done about it. For reference, this was on Saturday, 2/3 in late afternoon."

"I hadn’t been here in years. The Kohl’s across the street was a hot mess and I needed some clothing for a trip. After where I had just been, the organization and neatness was a welcome sight. The selection was also quite good. I was able to get what I needed and get out without the headaches I had just experienced. I will definitely go back the next time I need a clothing item."
"I found so many great deals, and would’ve spent several hundred more and got a heckuva deal if I would’ve signed up for the JCPenney card but I don’t need another credit card. I did have fun saving so much money!! And I also got a good start on my Christmas shopping!"
